AUTHENTICITY

Every watch is inspected in-house before it's listed. We open cases, check movements against the reference, and verify serials and hallmarks where they exist. If a watch has non-original parts, a service dial, or an aftermarket component, we say so in the listing. If you buy a watch from us and it's later shown not to be what we described, we'll refund you in full. No time limit on that.

RETURNS

Watches – Most watches 3 day after you receive your watch. Some watches sold final sale.

Collectables – No returns

SHIPPING

Free insured shipping within the US on watches over $1,000, signature required. International on request, quoted individually. Everything ships in a plain box - no branding on the outside, for obvious reasons.

WARRANTY

Watches sold with a manufacturer warranty keep it. Each watch may or may not have a warranty. Many of our watches are serviced before we sell them and those will carry a 1 year service warranty.

Written agreement, agreed reserve, agreed commission before anything is listed
Your item insured at agreed value while in our care
Photography and listing at no cost to you
Sold within 90 days or you take it back - your call
Payment within 7 business days of cleared funds
